Lamb Leg Steak

Lamb leg steaks, or lamb Gigot steaks, are a sensational cut for grilling. Taken from the lamb leg, their meat is tender and best cooked slighty blushing. Wonderful on a barbeque, but equally as tasty cooked in a cast iron pan. Try making a zingy salsa verde to go with your lamb!
